Yogurt trifle with matcha, nectarine, cereals and almonds

600g 0% Zita Strained Yogurt

8 tsp matcha (finely ground green tea)

4 tbsp honey

4 nectarines (cut in chunks)

16 tbsp cereals

Palmful of crushed almonds


Add the yogurt to a mixing bowl, sprinkle over the matcha and drizzle with honey.

Whisk in thoroughly.

Add half of each nectarine in a glass, add your choice of cereals and pour matcha yogurt on top (1/8 of the mixture).

Repeat layers and serve with crushed almonds.
